About the role
Provide interim validation leadership during a facility expansion, covering C&Q and process validation.
What you’ll do
- Lead commissioning and qualification for new process equipment.
- Own the validation master plan and schedule.
- Manage a team of validation engineers and contractors.
- Interface with quality and engineering on deviations.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years in validation with team leadership.
- Strong C&Q and process validation background (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Experience in sterile or aseptic manufacturing preferred.
- Available for a 6-month on-site interim engagement.
