About the role
Build and lead the quality organization for a clinical-stage biotech preparing for its first commercial launch.
What you’ll do
- Own the GxP quality management system across GMP, GCP, and GLP.
- Lead audit and inspection readiness ahead of a BLA filing.
- Establish supplier quality and CAPA programs from the ground up.
- Hire and develop a distributed quality team.
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years in pharma/biotech quality, with 4+ in leadership.
- Experience taking a product from clinical to commercial.
- Deep command of FDA and EU GMP expectations.
- ASQ CQA/CMQ or equivalent preferred.
