About the role
Optimize drug-product manufacturing processes and support tech transfer and scale-up.
What you’ll do
- Lead process improvement and troubleshooting on the line.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.
- Drive OEE, yield, and right-first-time improvements.
- Author and update batch records and SOPs.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in pharma or biotech manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with process validation and lean methods.
- Six Sigma certification a plus.
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
