About the role
Build and deploy ML models over multi-omics data to prioritize targets and accelerate a discovery pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Design, train, and validate models on genomics and proteomics data.
- Ship models into research workflows with reproducible pipelines.
- Partner with biologists to translate hypotheses into features.
- Establish MLOps practices for versioning and monitoring.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years building ML systems in production.
- Strong Python and modern ML tooling (PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with biological or high-dimensional data preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving research environment.
